Hello to all of you New Yorkers. I live about 35 minutes west of Saratoga and 45 minutes west of Albany. I was born in western NY in Jamestown and lived in Lakewood till 9 years old. It is good to see we have that many New Yorkers in the village. Have a good hump day.

I was born and raised in Amsterdam (about 30 miles west of Albany) and lived in NYC for quite some time. My Mom and my brother's family live in the Clifton Park area and my nephew lives in Brooklyn.

I'd go back to NYC in a heartbeat if it wasn't for that darn cold weather ~ I just can't take it anymore.

It's 70º here today and I am FREEZING!!! I think we need to move further south.

    Hi all
I live in Clayton ny and was wondering are there any freegans in my area we can become acquainted with? I also love to forage for wild foods and know of quite a few spots for wild apples and nannyberries, etc

this is the area we are building our house. It's also where we do all our shopping. There's a brand new super walmart near there but we only go about once a month to get a few things. We tend to go to Target a lot more.

for all those in the binghamton area - i graduated from Binghamton University in 2005. Boy do I miss the honey mustard chicken pizza from Nirchis... mmmm yummy! We haven't been up that way in a few years.
