This sounds great. How much would you use, approximately, per pound?

I use about 2 tbsp. for one dish, using 3/4 lb. to 1 lb. ground meat.
Basically, use whatever amt. to suit your family's taste.
    Hope you enjoy it!

Paws, do you use this in place of a hamburger helper mix and, if so, what other ingredients do you use with it? (Veggies, noodles, etc.)

I use it with what ever ground meat I decide to cook, unless it's something like hamburger helper or other commercial boxed product.
If you use both together...it result would be way too salty and over seasoned.
BUT, if you like to make your ground meat dishes from scratch...and need a good seasonings to go with it...then this works really well.
I make several homemade burger helpers and always use this mixture with it. Of course, it works with many, many other dishes too...
