I'm in for a no-spend day. We aren't planning on going anywhere - waiting on UPS this afternoon.

I had a no spend day til I came home for lunch. AC was out and the house was over 90 inside. I called the repairman... ended up costing me $390. Sigh...

I had to get a new hot water heater right after Thanksgiving and had just gotten my EF back up to $550 when the AC went.

I guess these things are what the EF fund is for but it is just so dang frustrating to work so hard to save a little just to have it knocked down. I'll never get to $1000 at this rate. Grrr.

I got what I needed for tonight's dinner last night (since I spent yesterday anyway!) And so I had a no-spend day today! I also stayed home so it was a no drive day as well. I only put $25 of gas in my van and that was two weeks ago, and I still haven't driven it enough to have to put more in! *high fives self*

We had errands to run but did those on bike. Spent no money while out.

onencgirl, I'm sorry about your AC going out [that's a big expense. Ouch!!]

As for me, I actually did make it a full day with no spending .. there may be hope for me after all. *lol*
