Great job everyone. No one needs to be embarrassed or ashamed. Most of us were in this boat at one time or another. If you see my siggy, I was too. However, no matter how big or little, it can be done. We can be debt free.

I will be joining this challenge as well beginning tomorrow!! I recently consolidated two debts into one 0% credit card, and now I want to pay it off asap. I'm still tweaking my budget a bit for next year to see what I'll have to put towards it, and how long it will take. It should be gone by the end of this year - at least that's the plan!

I'll be updating my siggy soon....

Yes, I do know exactly how much I owe. I also know exactly how much I have in the bank, in all 3 of my accounts. So first challenge - DONE!

I updated my signature yesterday and will be keeping track of this challenge in my blog on FV! I'll also be posting my monthly debt repayment records as a way to show myself how much I'm paying, how much interest I'm paying, etc. It's a great challenge!

You guys rock. Knowing is power and the more power you have when it comes to paying down debt the better.

You're all doing great - keep it up.

Okay, here are the grizzly details:

    cc: 10,310.79
    mom: 13,000.00
    car: 35,186.60
    mortgage: 535,439.82

I only have the cc in my siggy because that is all we are focusing on right now. Ugh! I know it won't be that ugly forever, but it's awful to look at!

I'm done with the homework also, but I feel like I cheated because I already knew. Makes me feel great when it goes down!

I just paid an additional $193.00 to CC 1. I had some extra money left over from Christmas so it was applied towards my debt.
