Okay, I am not good at keeping the totals, that is an area I need to work on. I do know this much, I have spent the minimal amount because that is all I have. I am doing a good job of stockpiling. I just told my husband that I wish I could stockpile laundry detergent, but that it is so expensive. Low and behold I find that Fab is on sale at Ralphs for 3.99 there was a coupon a while ago for $1.00/1 and I had two, to make things even better The 3/16 Sunday paper has them coming out for $1.00 again. Now I will stockpile Fab. I am working hard at this because I will not be working at all this summer and plan to live as entirely as possible off my pantry. I want to overload on classes and get done.

I am at about $53 right now. I am going on a BIG trip next week (it's been almost a month since I have been! ) and we are running out of staples--tortillas, salsa, mayo, etc.

I sent dh to Sam's for diapers, laundry soap, cheese slices and honey. The diapers and laundry soap are for next month, but I figured since he was going...........Spent $50.45, bringing our March total clear up to $165.77 already. Almost $35 of that is for April, so we'll see what happens.

Looks like that laundry soap will be for this month. Anyway I think I did good at WM last night.

    12 3.15#bags of cat food
    5 jars of enchilada sauce
    9 quarts of soy milk
    2 4 packs of yogurt
1 pint of liquid flavored creamer

Spent $24.25 after using $19.21 in coupons, and will be expecting 3 more free cat food coupons in the mail.

That brings my grand total for March up to $190.02 with a goal of $200 and I still haven't been able to stock up on meat.

2 single mozzerella string cheese .25 each
    1.5 lbs banana's .59/lb
    2) 2 liters Red Fusion (Free)

Well, I just went over budget by $4.61 but I'm hopeful that I won't need anything else from the store for the rest of the month, so I'm happy with my totals for this month, it's certainly a whole lot better than I use to do!

    Goal: $325
    Spent: $329.61

Oh my, I've completely lost my mind and spent WAY to much yesterday and Friday. I think I'm switching into nesting mode. I did fill a banana box overflowing with stuff for Chuck and his family, at least a weeks worth of suppers from my stockpile. Plus dh took them another 24 pack of TP and some ground beef and venison from the freezer (and a bunch of other stuff).

    So what't I spend $97.71 on?

    (7) quarts of soy milk, .43 each after coupon
    (2)gallons whole milk .99/ 1/2 gal
    (3) Great Starts, get paid .35 each after Rebate
    (10) Chuck Eye Steaks - these were $1.31/# at WM, we made some last week, they are tender like Ribeyes, but need seasoned well since they don't have as much flavor.
    (2) 15oz boxes of Fruit Loops (tub toys inside), 1.27 each
    (5) Aquafresh toothpaste .23 each after coupon
    (3) pounds of sunflower seeds for dh, .88 each
    (3) pkg of taco seasoning for Chuck, .33 each
    (6) 6 packs Coke bottles $1.57 each
    (6) 6oz yogurts, $2 for all 6
    (2) Pace Enchilada Sauce, free
    (3) Gillette Deodorant, free after rebate
    (3) Garnier Shampoo, free after rebate
    (1) Lysol Spray, get paid .54 after rebate and coupon
    (4) Suave Deodorant, get paid $4 after rebate and coupons
    8# of pork Roast, .98/lb
4 pkgs of lunchmeat $1.98 each
    48 rolls of TP

Hmmm? I used $23.30 worth of coupons, and am expecting $31.86 back in rebates, plus a free magazine subscription for a year.
