    Smile Change Jar Challenge

No one has posted about this in quite sometime so I thought I would ask how everyone is doing? Are you still going strong or have you slacked off some?

I am still going strong. I saved over $40 while I was home for three months and used it at the airports. I had $66.98 saved here at the house. We have since saved $32.41. So my total is $99.39! WOO-HOO!!

    Who's next?

I have to count mine, but I'm not up to it. I know that over the past year, we've saved around $400 in change. We were saving this money for our Disney trip, but we've recently started using it to pay for Kathryn's school lunches or milk money.

I counted most of mine last night and I'm at roughly $20.00. (not much) I have another change jar in the laundry room though, but I don't think there's much in that one yet either.

Being a server I alway's end up with a lot of loose change and ones. I started saving my loose change about 3 weeks ago and last time I checked I had almost $30. I was also saving my ones as well and had $70 of them, but dh borrowed it. He is suppose to pay me back when he gets paid today (that is after he makes it to the bank and cashes it.

Hopfully I can get that money back in my piggy bank and have at least $100 for a rainy day.
