    Exclamation November DEBT CHALLENGE

Okay ladies, here we are starting a brand new month. I know Christmas is coming up real quick, so I'm going to make the challenge easy again.

We have 30 days in Nov. The challenge will be to find an extra $30 to put towards a debt. That is only $1.00 per day. You can do it.

Of course, if you want to do more you can and that's even better.

    Who is in with me?

I am. I plan on putting all money earned on ebay into my debt reduction plan. Also, my dh is putting money in the debt reduction jar for every lunch I make him. So far, he has added $36 in the last two weeks. First week was $26 for 5 lunches. Second week was $10 for 3 lunches. I think my dh just puts in the jar whatever $ is in his pocket. Still, an extra $36 towards debt is a good thing.

    Great job everyone.

Let's brainstorm and see how we can find $1.00 a day.

    Here are a couple tips:

~if you have a set budget for your groceries and have a few coupons, take the amount of the coupons and put that towards your amount. I used $2.04 in coupons yesterday so I'm going to put that towards my amount. I just took it out of my grocery budget.

    ~if I don't purchase the paper I can save $1 per day.

~instead of purchasing that soda pop, take the $$ and put it in an envelope to go towards your goal.

~walk instead of using the vehicle.

~do you really need that coffee or donut you'd like to get.

~check all jacket pockets, especially your winter clothing. A couple months ago I found a five dollar bill in my old winter coat. Check pant pockets, old purses you haven't used, wallets. You may have hidden a twenty to use for emergencies. Always double check.

I am so in! I need to put a little extra back to get a nice gift for DH for Christmas this year. He was an angel and took care of me and the house when I had my surgery this summer and was down for months.

Just realized I'm expecting $15 in rebates not $10. Good thing.
