I'm in for 325 dollars. Trying to stick to my grocery goal really helped me stay out of the stores. I went over in February so March I will try harder.

I was ~$20 over in February. I want to clean out some of what I have vso we will try for $350 this month - we are going dairy-fee so it may cost me a bit for our milk replacements!

I'm in for $80.00, food only -- not including pet food/supplies, bathroom/kitchen items, etc.

I am in for March. I came in under budget in Feb, but it was a short month. March is a long one and I will be working on getting things for easter dinner and easter baskets along with the normal stuff, and stuff for my sons birthday. So I am going to budget in $600 for March.

Hello all! My very first grocery challenge! I am in for 250.00 for the month that averages 50.00 for each of my weekend shopping trips... I'm going to try to plan and then make do if I normally would have run out for last minute things.

My March goal is $175. - still have lots of stockpile to use up so that we don't have to pack it up and move it with us to the new house!

I'm in for $0 this month. Yes, zero, zip, ziltch. I have been living at my parents house for awhile trying to help them clear out the house since I left my job, boyfriend (now ex) and city a few months ago. I've been buying my own groceries for the most part, but my mom has a stockpiled freezer in the garage as well as a fridge and freezer in the kitchen that are both overflowing with food, food in the utility room, by the backdoor (SHE STOCKS UP!LOL) There is food everywhere, so I am going to see if I can make it the entire month without going to the grocery store or eating out. As far as cleaning supplies or toiletries go... I brought my own stockpile when I came down that should last me at least 3+ years. We're a stockpiling family, I guess. I have to go back up the city I left this month for school... so maybe I will take some of the canned goods with me up there and see if I can make the 0 dollars haha last up there as well... should be interesting.

    Totally blew it for February.

This month I'm going to set the goal at $400. Prices have gone up on a LOT of stuff and it's really hurting the budget. Plus, we are hosting our regional supervisor for one week and I'll need to feed them too.

Ok, I am totally new here and need to make a siggy and intro....

I am in for $400 for the month including household & pet supplies. I've tried the two months previous to spend under $400 and I've missed it twice (by $14 in Jan. & $39 in Feb.)

I am budgeting $500 ($100 a week), but I am challenging myself to spend only $400.
