Hi Shell, I'm in too! We don't have any CC debt and we already have our EF built up to 1000 euros. But we want to build that up to 5000 by the end of '08. We have been making extra SL payments and just put 1000 euros extra towards our mortgage. We want to build a new home in this town we live in within about 5 years. Our plan for the EF challenge is to put 250-300 euros per month on the 15th. We hopefully have some extra funds coming in in January and will almost fully go towards the EF. We are excited!!

I am in...I opened an ING account in the summer but didn't opt for the auto-withdrawl. I am going to start that up for biweekly withdrawls with each pay. I am also going to "examine" the funds available in my account as of the 5th of January (when we return from holidays) and put whatever I can into the BEF at ING.

I'm new to this, and I don't have enough money coming in now to pay extra on anything or to put into savings. I would like to figure out how to do both challenges. I have GOT TO NOT use CCs. I have $7100 in CC debt from bad direct sales business decisions from the past. I have it transferred to a 0% interest card hoping to pay it off faster, but my minimum payment is $137 a month and I am behind. UGH!! Help! Where do I start?
