    Default 2015 Knitting Nook

Just a little corner of the world to post your projects and brag about jobs well done.

I am working on a snuggie (blanket with arms) for my mother, a scarf, and a "mufflehead" right now and fully expect them to still be on the needles when the second hand ticks over to 2015.

I'm making a Harry Potter scarf for DD's friend. I made myself a Griffyndor one, and she loved it. Hers is Hufflepuff though. It's done on circular needles, which makes it really thick and warm, but I find it hard on my fingers. I'll post a picture when it's done.

Still working on the snuggie. I am 30" into a 43" body, then I can start on the sleeves.

picked up some yarn at Micheals yesterday at their Boxing Day sale. Want to start making afghans again. Those will be my upcoming projects. Any leftover yarn will be made into scarves and mitts.

I've got a hooded vest on the needles and also working on some slipper socks.
