Default what are you working on?

I have 2 profjects going right now... A plastic canvas book for my nephew's upcoming bday, and a cross stitch easter egg that will eventually become a tote with a holiday symbol for each month of the year.

    What are your current projects?

I am working on scanning the old family 35MM slides to put on DVD's for my family members. I am thinking of giving them as Christmas gifts this year.

I've been making dishclothes to send to family up north for Christmas, making a poncho for dd, making Barbie clothes for Christmas, making a couple of hats for myself.

I whipped up a few winter hats this weekend and will begin the scarves to match through the week. These will be Christmas gifts for friends and family. Most are from re-vamped vintage patterns.

I found some high loft yarn on clearance at walmart in the most luscious mixed shades of soft blue and sea green. It is just divine. I am making a baby blanket for my friend. I think she is going to have a bo (gut feeling) but even with a girl this color would be to die for. It is making up beautifully. Just a plain double stitch and if I have enough yarn left I will make a really luxurious fringed border.
