I don't worry about what you have posted.........I am guessing that you are just stating what you have done. It might not be for me, but since when do we have to 'not say' what we do.

You are not an expert..........I am not an expert.....and I think the others would recognize that fact.

My mother did things in canning that would 'curl the pro's hair' and she never killed anyone with it. I have done some things that I know 'weren't the best'............

I will drive to meet anyone on here that does it PERFECTLY every time...........we have OPINIONS on here.......can we not post them anymore?? But........the others can post theirs too.........don't worry about it.

The people that are canning should be reading some CANNING BOOKS anyway.........and not getting all the info off the internet where they should KNOW that you can't always believe everything you read!!

I for one will gladly say THANK YOU FOR SHARING WHAT YOU KNOW!!!! I have read some of your post and although I don't do water bath canning (we always used pressure canners) I am thankful for the info.

    Happy Sunday Everyone!!

I've had good results with water bath canning and I'm also going to learn pressure canning. I feel both are useful to know.
