Fat-Free/Sugar-Free Angel Food Fruit Dessert
This recipe is always a big hit when I make it. I usually make two because it disappears so fast! It is also a great make-ahead-and freeze-recipe.
FF/SF Angel Food Fruit Dessert
2 - 8 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese
2 - 9 oz. Fat Free Cool Whip
1 - Fat-Free/Sugar-Free Angel Food Cake, cubed
(regular Angel Food Cake is allowed for diabetics though)
1/2 to 1 C - Sugar-Free Jam (any flavor you like)
With a mixer, cream together 1-8oz. cream cheese and 1-9oz. cool whip.
Fold cubed angel food cake into cool whip mixture. Pat into a 9x13 pan.
With a mixer, cream together 1-8oz. cream cheese and jam. Spread on top of of cake mixture.
Top with 1-9oz. cool whip.
Garnish with fresh fruit or drizzle with warm jam.
