    Default Just a pest observation

Knocking on all the wood I can find not to jinx myself but there are no black ants invading my home this year. This has never happened. Come to think about it, I haven't noticed them outside either. How about you? It's great, don't get me wrong, I'm thrilled. Wonder what's up, Ant convention elsewhere?

Sorry Lisa, I knew they were somewhere & I feel your pain. They just give me the heebie jeebies walking on my counters & in my cabinets. So glad they aren't here.

I had to set out 4 tero traps in the house. Darn ants. However my little dog loves playing with them!

I haven't had any little "sugar ants" here either. But yesterday when I was weeding I pulled up a weed and there were some big black carpenter ants underground that came up with the weed! Ewwwww....makes my skin crawl now just thinking about it.

Well, apparently they are having a dual convention this year...Texas and New Jersey. Ick, Yuck, Poo.
