Crafting with Photos

This past Christmas I took photos I had of the Grandkids,resized them and attached them to sheet magnets.I laminated them and slipped them into tiny zip lock bags.
When I wrapped their gifts,I attached each one to their gift as a name tag.They loved them,the little ones knew exactly which gift was theirs.
They thought that was great getting that extra little gift that they all have on their fridge.

That's a great idea! This last Christmas I made photo magnets that stuck to the fridge as well for my Mom (grandkids and kids), SIL (her kids and nephew), nephew #1 (hockey pics), nephew #2 (hunting and fishing pics). They all loved them and so easy to do!

Good idea on the magnets Debbie!

One year, I took photos of Wesley and Zac and put them in travel coffee mugs similar to this: Starbucks (STARBUCKS)^RED Color Change Tumbler at StarbucksStore.com The bottoms unscrewed and you could decorate it however. We made one for each of Zac's grandparents to take on their yearly commute to Texas.

The kids give photo ornaments to each grandparent every year for Christmas.

Another idea would be a calendar. I want to do that for Zac's grandparents this year.

I make memory games for the little ones -- crop and resize photos to about 3x3 inch -- print off in pairs, then add identical backings to all, and laminate.

Bookmarks ( our church gave away bookmarks at the town fair - with pictures and scripture verses - photos courtesy of my dd)

T-shirt prints. . . the little ones especially like ones with pics of their pets or family.

Postcards- I took pictures of local area interest sites, and made up postcard sets. I gave some as gifts, some I sold.
