Easy Pumpkin PieEasy Pumpkin Pie
Recipe DescriptionQuick and easy pumpkin pie.Preparation Steps:Preheat oven to 425*FLevel of Difficulty:EasyTime Needed:1 to 1-1/2 hour(s)Ingredients:1 x 9" unbaked pie pastry shellServes:
1 x 16oz can pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
1 x 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg1 x 9 inch pieDirections:Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour into pie shell and bake 15 minutes.
Reduce temp to 350*F and continue to bake for another 35-40 minutes until knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
Let cool before eating if you like it warm OR let cool to room temperature before chilling in fridge before serving.
Note: You can substitue 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice for cinnamon, salt, ginger & nutmeg.

When I made this, I didn't have a ready made pie pastry shell nor any canned sweetened condensed milk. Instead I used the following recipes to make the pie.
