Default First time using the All American Pressure Canner..

so far I canned 5 quart jars of meatloaf..one jar broke (not sure what happened) so we had that for dinner..

I can't tell how excited I am to start my journey into preserving my long term food storage..

Storage space is at a premium in our house right now. LOL Part of my kitchen is a construction zone and we'll probably get it back together sometime in late September/October. Until then canning isn't high on my priority list. Finding my measuring cups and spoons is. ROFL Next year when life is less ... spread all over the house .... I'll be getting back to doing domestic things like that.
