pumpkin cheese bread
here's another, sounds yummy!
Pumpkin Cheese Bread
2-1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 c. cooked or canned pumpkin
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
8 oz. cream cheese
4 lg. eggs at room temperature
3-1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray 2 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pans with cooking spray.
In large bowl with electric mixer, beat sugar, butter, and cream cheese until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat in pumpkin. In another large bowl, combine flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, and cloves with a wire whisk. Gradually add to pumpkin mixture, stirring just until moistened. Bake in loaf pans for 40 minutes. Let cool on rack for 10 minutes before removing from pans. Cool completely before slicing.
