Slow Cooker Pumpkin Pie Pudding

15 ox can pumpkin
12 oz evap. milk
3/4 c sugar
1/2 c buttermilk baking mix
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp vanilla
whipped cream
Serves:
4-6 servings
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except whipped cream.
Pour into GREASED slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW a6-7 hours or until thermometer reaches 160 degrees.
Seve in bowls topped with whipped cream.
