Pumpkin Spice Muffins

This recipe was in one of my myfreestuff cooking e-mails and it sounds simple and good (not to mention healthy) so I thought I would share it with everone. I may have to try this for myself as a healthy treat. I have some extra cans of pumpkin (I stocked up when I decided to make my pie yesterday)

Cooking Tip of the Day:

For people watching their weight here is a idea some will enjoy very much. You only need two ingredients.

1 Box of Spice Cake Mix
1 small can pumpkin

Mix together and this makes muffins, place into paper lined cup cake pans and bake for 18 minutes. Everyone in the family will love these, no eggs, butter or oil, ideal for weight watchers all over this country.
