    Default Orange Sour Cream Pumpkin Pie

    1 (9-inch) deep-dish pie shell
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. cooked and drained pumpkin
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 T. pumpkin pie spice
    2 tsp. grated orange peel
    1/2 tsp. salt

    Combine eggs, pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin pie spice, orange peel and salt in a mixing bowl; mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.

    Topping: In a small bowl, combine 1 1/4 cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 teaspoons thawed orange juice concentrate and 1/2 teaspoon grated peel. Spread on top of pie and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool. Garnish with orange wedges.
