    Default Pumpkin Pie

    I have made roasted pumpkin seeds for years, but this is the first time I used the rest of the pumpkin to make a pie.

    I found several recipes on the internet and they all were different. Does anyone here have a recipe for fresh pumpkin pie?

    Also, I have the mixture in my refrigerator - if I don't use it all, can it be frozen? I haven't added anything to it - just the pumpkin mash

    I used 2 cups fresh pureed pumpkin, 1 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, poured in to a ready made crust (I had it in my freezer but I did NOT prebake it), cook at 425 for 15 min. then reduce to 350 for about 40 minutes. Until knife comes out of center clean. First time I made it this year.
