    Exclamation Quilting club

I'm so excited about this. Sara has said we can have a quilting club and I can run it.

    I plan on having:

    - swaps
    - quilting tips
    - the tutorial/course in January
    - another tutorial/course in March (more advanced)
    - books on quilting
    - fat quarter trains

And more. You do not have to take the tutorial's to belong but you should at least take part in a couple of the things we come up with.

So, who is interested? Please post to this thread and you'll get a little badge saying your in the quilting club.

Also, if you have any suggestions you'd like to see in the club, please pm me and let me know and I'll see what we can do.

I want this to be fun for all of us quilters.

So who is on the list???

I would like to join, if you don't mind newbies.
I am getting on Dave about moving the sewing machine down here where I can use it easiest... then I can get going. I don't know how involved I'll be since I have a toddler. LOL But I'd like to try!

I took a class a few years back so I do know a little.... I got my wall hanging all pieced and started to quilt it, but didn't get it finished.
I do have all of the cutters and mats and rulers and such in PA... I will bring those back with me when we go for Christmas next month.

Sherry of course you can. We want newbies, those with some experience and those who have been quilting for a long time.

The more the merrier in my book.

I don't know how to quilt or I would jump on board. I do want to take part in the tutorials starting Jan. so that I can learn though.

Mom23boys - it doesn't matter if you know how to quilt. The fact that your taking part in the tutorial/course is enough for you to join the club. Its going to be fun and you'll get to learn as you go. Come on in, we don't mind in the least.
