I have several quilted tote bag patterns and they all call for fleece for the batting. I inquired about it last time I was in Joann's, and they said to use not regular fleece, but "fleece batting". They had it with the interfacing, which was all 50% off, so I got a yard to try with this "someday" project. But what is the advantage of fleece over regular cotton batting? Do any of you use it?
