    Creamy Fruit Salad (with WW points)


    Recipe Description
    creamy fruit salad and low points on Weight Watchers
    Preparation Steps:Level of Difficulty:
    Easy
    Time Needed:Ingredients:
    2 medium bananas, diced
    2 medium apples, diced
    2 c. grapes
    2 c. sliced strawberries
    1 (20 oz) can pineapple tidbits, drained, juice reserved
    1/4 c. pecans, chopped
    1 lemon, juice of
    1 (1 1/2 oz) box sugar-free, instant vanilla pudding mix
    1/2 c. water
    Serves:
    Makes 10 servings.
    Directions:
    1. Combine bananas, apples, and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl and toss until evenly coated.
    2. Add pineapple, strawberries, grapes, and pecans.
    3. In a small mixing bowl, combine pudding mix, water, and pineapple juice with a wire whisk until smooth.
    4. Add pudding mixture to fruit.
    5. Mix gently until thoroughly coated.
    6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

    WW points per serving: 2
    Nutritional information per serving: 128 calories, 2.4 g. fat, 3.8g fiber

    It sounds really good! I don't eat the SF pudding, so I'm thinking of substituting a little plain yogurt with some vanilla.

    It also works with regular instant pudding. In fact, 9 times out of 10 I make it with the regular.

    I've gotten compliments on this every time I've made it, so don't hesitate to try it
