Description: My DH tells me that his mom went through an 'arts & crafts' phase and this is one of the items left from that period in the 60s.It appears to be a tool for hooking rugs, but there are no instructions with it and I haven't the foggiest notion how to use it and have no inclination to find out.I would like it to have a good home with anyone that might make use of it. If you want it, I'll happily barter it for anything you feel is of comparable value. (I'll pay the postage to ship this if you pay the postage to ship yours.)I'm particularly interested in cotton fabric in girlish colors or patterns, but I'm open to all suggestions.
