Ranch Turkey Burgers


Recipe Description
They taste just like turkey quesadillas. Adjust the
level of hotness via more or less jalapeno peppers
based on personal preference. They make for really
great leftovers.
Preparation Steps:
Dice the cheese, peppers and onions. You can do this
the night before, if you wish.

Ingredients:
5oz sharp cheddar
cheese, diced
1 small sweet onion,
diced
1 jalapeno pepper,
seeded and finely
chopped
4 teaspoons chili
powder
2 teaspoon ground
cumin
2 minced garlic
cloves
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/4lb ground
turkey
3 tablespoons olive
oil
1/4c sour creme
4 1/2 teaspoons
ranch salad dressing
4 hamburger buns,
split
Serves:
4 burgers
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine cheese, peppers, onions
and seasonings. Crumbled turkey over mixture and
mix well. Shape into four patties and brush with oil.

Grill on a greased indoor grill (or an outdoor grill on
low heat) for 2-3 minutes until the internal
temperature reads 165F and juices run clear.
Meanwhile, mix sour creme and ranch dressing in a
small bowl. Serve the burgers with sauce on buns.
