Our goodwill decided to put all summer stuff on 50% off sale for 1 day. I happened in and got a brand new shortsleeve columbia shirt (also workwear) for 2$ and a garden watering timer for 2$. Not bad. Now I am avoiding thrift stores because I don't need anything.

Also picked up a large padded silicone hot pad for .50. I'm going to remove the silicone layer to use under the foot control for my serger, since the silicone is non-skid. I can reuse the quilted padding to make potholders sometime.
I found a Weight Watchers cookbook for .75, all Hispanic recipes which look tasty.
Picked up a couple sewing patterns at SA for .25 each, along with some sewing notions for cheap.
