A couple other things I've noticed recently...

Sargento sliced cheddar...used to be 12 slices per package...now they are 11 slices per package and the price has almost doubled! I don't understand the cheese prices. Milk has come down and cheese prices have skyrocketed

Sesame Oil..can't remember the brand, but I have two bottles in my pantry. Both of them are unopened. Both of them say 12oz, yet one of them is MUCH smaller than the other. I'm thinking one of the labels is lying to me...

Another thing that wasn't mentioned. If you look at the bottom of plastic containers (for instance peanut butter) you will notice the bottom in concaved. This also saves on the amount of product in the container. The bottoms use to be flat. This is just another sneaky way of the companies making the container look the same size but lose 2-3 oz of product.

I noticed the shrinking burger at McD's. I bought 2 big macs and was ticked off to see that the burgers were paper thin! to top it off, the 1 burger was only 1/2 there. There was only 1/2 slice of cheese on it. GRRRRRRRRR!

Yes, I had the same realization with Dawn Ultra dishwashing liquid. I was able to get 4 bottles for free using CVS coupons but I couldn't believe that in a year the bottle became smaller.
