Oh my stars! He is insane. How could he even have the gall to put them on paper . I hope when you take him to court that they make him pay you all the arrears and the intrest on it also. I think that any judge that sees that he is leaving the girls alone without proper supervision while he is out stripping will not think twice about any visitation restrictions that YOU want. If he can't even afford proper child care, he does not deserve any overnight visits, JMHO.

Buckeye, he makes far more than $7000 - somehow he cooked up his books to show only that income. He showed that he was operating his business at a loss. My job is to prove that.

I'm not fooling around. It is all-out war. Thanks as always for backing me up!

OMG! Is he on drugs? LOL I would not forgive any debt, it will only bite you in the butt. As far as his permission, are you allowed to feed them without an approved menu from him? That is all so absurd. Good luck in court

Daisygirl it is time to play commando. You need to find someone to call his "stripping" number and see how much he charges for a show. Have someone follow him around for a week and see how many shows he does. That will give the judge a wakeup call.

    The latest:

He called and told me his "wishlist" was just a starting point, that "written permission" meant notification.

Give me a break. He wants me to write back to him with my offer. I am really just sick of it. I am going to have to cough up the money and deal through the courts. I don't feel like being nice to someone who does not support his children or find them a priority. Last night he was 45 minutes late picking them up and this morning he was an hour and 15 minutes late. If you only got limited time, wouldn't you be prompt? Aaaargh. This makes me crazy.

A PI isn't a bad idea. THat is what got my sister full custody and her child's father only got supervised visits because of his actions while he was being followed.

It was pretty amusing in court when he claimed he NEVER drinks and then they had video of him not only in bars drinking, but in bar fights where police were called!

Make sure you show the Judge his "lists" of requests. It will work in your favor. What an idiot he is!!!
