I don't think feedback is something you'll have to worry about from this group!!

Do guests know that they won't get the info links if they sign up as members? If not, maybe every info link should say "Sign up as a member to get rid of these annoying info links!!"

Feedback: I don't like anything that responds to mouse-overs. If I want to look at it, I'll click it. The windows of the info-links were very annoying and it seemed like arbitrary words and phrases were highlighted all over the page, so the windows got in your way if you were trying to just move your mouse from one location to the next.

That said, I could probably tolerate them if there weren't so MANY per page.

Yeah I agree, I also don't like things that invade my web experience.

I can reduce the amount of links per page. It defaulted to 12!
I cut it by 25%. Now it should only display 8.

You might be experiencing some connectivity problems to the server from your ISP. Looking at my connectivity from multiple sites around the world it is responding fine. with no downtime. 100% uptime since I started monitoring the server after our move.

    Here is a detailed information.
    (connectivity is checked every minute)

You might have corrupted cache on your computer. There is no way that the home on frugalvillage.com would display a 404. I did make an update to software package that day. Do you know what time the problem occured?

    Thanks Gabe....
It must have been on my side.

Out of curiosity what does this mean?

73.18 ms was average response time....
What kind of measurement is that.. milliseconds maybe?

It happened just a few minutes ahead, of the post time for this post.

I came to this thread, right after, I tried to post. to report the problem. I did a copy and past right from that page that came up with the 404 error.

I do often , delete cookies, etc on this computer. Also delete old pages etc. Windows XP system with DSL connection through phone company lines.

    Kaura,
yep it's milliseconds. It means after a request is made (ping in this case) it takes 68 milliseconds for the response to arrive via tcpip to the requestor.

    Ladytoysdreams,
weird the configuration changes were six hours before you got this error.

Let me know if you get anymore of these. I hope it's just an isolated incident! Thanks for letting me know
