Default Problem with I hit New Posts

When I hit new posts, something about search.php pops up. The pop up is a message about Windows not being able to open the file.

All other webpages are working fine for me. I just cleared my cookies. I am using Chrome. If you need any other info, let me know.

    thanks!

The only time I ever see that is if my internet is acting up (that is, I need to call my ISP). Many ISPs cache info of commonly visited sites but sometimes their "caching server" doesn't respond fast enough (that is, check to get latest info and update accordingly).

Thanks, Gabe. I thought I had done it already, but apparently not. I'm fairly new to Chrome and I guess I hadn't done it right.

Most browsers will have it under their Preferences or Internet Options:

Firefox: go to Preferences --> Advanced --> Clear Offline Content

Internet Explorer: Go to "Internet Options" --> "General" tab --> click "Clear History".

Clear your cache. You didn't clear it completely. What browser are you using?

Well, under Mac OS X, it's under the Firefox menu option.

On Windows I believe it's under Options.

It is possible if you use an ISP such as AOL that they cache some pages on their own server. When you request a page from frugalvillage it hits their proxy server which in turn serves a cache page to your browser.

So even if you clear your browser's cache you will still be served a cached page from the proxy server of the ISP.

The only thing to do is to wait for the proxy to refresh the cache page or switch to a different ISP if you don't want to deal with these issues.
