Anyway FV'ers can be hacked/spammed by reading posts, replying posts, starting new threads, etc? And how about a FV'er opening a link in someone's post?
How does one become a "founder" of FV..when they are not? How can a person with very few posts have the knowledge to know how to put founder under their name & get away with it? And if a person is not a founder & clearly stating they are-why isn't this poster not being shut down?
And is Sara & Gabe back running FV now? I see their names coming up on threads.

I am an admin for the community. I work for the owners, VerticalScope, who purchased the site back in 2013. https://www.frugalvillage.com/forums/...ouncement.html
I introduced myself here.
The administrator status currently automatically puts the founder tag under admin accounts. I reported the issue with our techs and they are correcting it.

The site founder badge has been removed for tonight until our design team can fix the admin badge that clearly identifies the admins on the site.
This site is very well protected and consistently monitored. Reading and replying to threads is never an issue.
Sara still does some writing for the community, so you may see some of her articles on the front of the site.

Cricket I made a new challenge thread that we've had every year. When I made it this year it disappeared.
I "reported" it as you suggested so it would come to your or Russ attention. This one please.

When the world ends the only things that will be left are cockroaches, Walmart, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Not necessarily in that order. The order remains to be seen.
