Chicken Noodle and Sweetcorn Soup

Recipe Description
Nice to have for supper and pretty easy to make!
Preparation Steps:
Dice the chicken breasts and gently fry in a little butter until cooked.

20-30 mins
~Two medium chicken breast fillets
~1 litre chicken stock (homemade or storebought)
~1 cup sweetcorn (frozen/tinned/straight off the cob if you have it!)
~1 pack of your local stores cheapest dried packet chicken noodles
3-4 adult portions
Bring the stock to the boil in a large pan, and add the seasoning from the noodle package.

Crush the noodles and sprinkle into the stock, then add the sweetcorn and diced cooked chicken.

Reduce to a gentle simmer for about 10 minutes or until noodles have absorded enough water to become soft.

Serve with crusty dinner rolls, straight from the oven

**Can also be done in the crockpot, cook on medium for 5 hours for better flavour from the chicken**
