    Yum, this sounds easy enough!

Quick question though - what is the purpose of the stick of butter?

It improves taste and adds to the satiety value. It may sound like a lot, but when you break it down into individual servings it's really not.

Well...I'm all for adding tasty fat to foods - though I really shouldn't. I was wondering if it helped with the cooking process or taste. I'm all about the satiety from soup. I'd be guilty of tossing in leftover rice and diced up cube cheese to let it become ooey gooey. YUM!!

I can't wait to try this next week!
