Cheeseburger Stew
Ingredients:
1 lbs. Ground Beef
8 Large Potatoes (may substitute canned sliced potatoes).
1 Large Onion
1 Cans Cream of Cheddar
2 Cups Beef Broth (may substitute water)
1 Cup Flour
Salt, according to taste
*****
Brown and drain the ground beef....
While the meat cooks, slice the potatoes into 1/8 to 1/4 inch slices...
Dice the onion....
Put all the ingredients into the slow-cooker...
Set cooker on low and allow to cook for eight-to-ten hours...
To shorten cooking time, start on high setting for the first two-to-three hours, turning to low for an equal amount of time, or until potatoes are tender.
Enjoy!

Yummy! Does the flour cook up well added to the rest of ingredients that way? I love easy recipes like this!
