Kentucky.... specifically Louisville...south or midwest?
I think it is Southern with some midwestern undertones.What do you think?

More Northern than the Deep South

-->More politically liberal/ moderate than any place in the South
--> Very strong arts community
More Southern than the Great Lakes
-->Very few Southern/Eastern Europe Immigrants
-->Hilly topography (outside the flood plain)
-->Architecture has many Deep South elements, like having the most Shotgun Houses in the world
