Do you ever feel like you are being lazy???
Because I feel like that this week! I didn't really accomplish anything today! What do you do to get yourself out of a slump?

The only way to get out of it is to get up and get going. When I have more then one day of lazy I just get up and crank up the radio/ NO TV AND NO COMPUTER.

I get that feelin' quite a bit. I usually shower and dress and then do what Ann does! Turn on some upbeat music and get movin'.
Happens to all of us.

I've been feeling that way a lot. I feel like I accomplish nothing, both at work and at home. To me, the best motivator is accomplishing something, so I just try to get going and get ONE thing done, and usually that will lead to other things getting done afterward.

I set the timer and when it goes off I have to get up and do something even if it is just dishes of picking up the living room.

feeling that way right now!!!
I have a million and one things I need to be doing, but I'm drinking coffee and reading posts! (but just until I finish this cup)
I usually get to feeling this way when I have just so much to do that I get overwhelemed and then do nothing. The best thing for me is to make a list and a plan and then just slowly and methodically check the stuff off as it gets done.

I am feeling like that today.I also have PMS and it is kicking my butt this month
I just want to sleep
But with 2 kids and dh and xmas coming I have no choice but to kick myself in the butt and go lol

I so totally know what you mean....and sometimes I am not lazy, and yet it still feels like it...for example, it is 9:45 AM right now, and I have cleaned 3 bathrooms, I have 3 loads of laundry in various stages of completion, picked up my kitchen, made a dip for a party tonite. and played with my daughter a bit. I know, it sounds like alot, and yet I still feel like I should be doing more......then there are days when I am really truly lazy, but that makes me feel "blah" - I don't like feeling that way. I hate a messy house, so that prevents alot of laziness...............

lately Ive been plain lazy some days. Mondastarted out that way but I ended up putting on some xmas music and chin up and told myself I had to get my a** in gear. Or be embarressed of my dirty house lately.
Today I should of done 2 loads of med. size laundry but nope I read instead. I did get the dished washed, the floors quickly dusted and the bed made. Vacumned the rug downsatirs and the little area rugs upstairs.
But thats all. Supper will have to be started at 3pm today lol
We allhave days like that dear. chin up and just do the best u can huugggssss

I try to rest only as long as it takes to recover. Sometimes sitting and doing nothing can be really helpful if you use the time to think and plan. Watching tv is usually a complete waste of time.

I make a mental list of things that I need to get done and then I try to do them. Like rake the leaves or walk the dog, vacuum. I like getting them done cause I feel like I accomplished something!
