What do you need to stockpile right now?
Money has been tight for us for a while so I've used up a bunch of my stockpile. I am in the process of building it back up and hoping/waiting for sales on things.
I need .......
Canned veggies (peas, corn, green beans)
Canned beans (kidney and pork and beans)
Canned soups (tomato, cream of mushroom and cream of chicken)
Pasta
Pasta sauce
Watching and praying for good sales on these items!

I pretty much need veggies only too. If it was up to my boys pop would be on this list but I only buy it if there is an excellent coupon for it.

I am good on veggies, got some super deals on frozen earlier this year, but we are getting low on chicken. DH eats so much of it now. It's 1.49/lb this week (boneless, skinless) so I will get about 10 lbs and freeze it.
Stop trying to organize all of your family’s crap. If organization worked for you, you’d have rocked it by now. It’s time to ditch stuff and de-crapify your world.
If you're not using the stuff in your home, get rid of it. You're not going to start using it more by shoving it into a closet.
Use it up, Wear it out,
Make it do, Or do without. ~unknown

I have a little bit of everything around here already... so I am not 'low' on anything - or maybe for a stockpile, I am already low on everything.
I am always on the lookout for deals on veggies/fruits (both fresh/canned)
meats for dh (he doesn't get any real red meat (as he calls it - steaks & such) around here other than that darn hamburger stuff. If he wants a steak he has to go out and get it (store or restaurant) coz I won't buy them. It's the one thing I have been able to stand my ground on. (Being a vegan - it's just a little too close to looking like the animal - and I can't do it, it grosses me out).... so he gets stuff that used to look like meat. (Against my better judgement, but he lives here too)....
hot dogs, bologna, ham, chicken breasts, pork chops, etc...
brown rice, any kind of dried bean, lentils, pastas
I used to watch for soups, rice/noodle mixes, spice mixes and the like. But from here on out when that stuff is all gone, I plan on making up my own mixes, soups, etc. I have been searching for easy, healthy recipes for quick go-to side dishes. The price of 'convenience' is getting way out of hand. I will just have to do it myself....
