FW, the easiest way is to scramble them up and then freeze them in small portions. I went with 2 eggs per snack-size ziplock (I have a kajillion I bought cheap right after Christmas). I've heard of people freezing individual portions in ice cube trays or (presumably new, very non-stick) muffin cups...
My muffin cups are NOT new and show it clearly... I use the paper liners, of which I also have a kajillion, so they work fine for that. I'd feel bad replacing them when the still work fine...
With the ice cube trays or muffin tins, you pop the frozen eggs out and keep them in a baggie or container and thaw as needed. But the nice thing about the ziplocs is they lay very neatly... so now whenever I need eggs for baking or quiche or scrambling, I just take the right number of bags and thaw them in warm water (or the fridge overnight if I'm actually planning ahead.)
We're having breakfast-for-dinner and quiche later this month, so that will be a few of the bags. Meanwhile, DD5 prefers egg whites, and I like eggs soft-boiled or over-easy, so we have a carton of fresh eggs in the fridge as well, for things like that, or for deviled eggs or whatever.
Oh, I also read that you can freeze the whites the same way, but if you want to freeze the yolks separately, you have to break the yolks and scramble in... something... I forget what, but it was easy to find online.

2 12 pk dble rolls TP ...had Angel Soft 2 for $10 ... even on sale it's normally either $5.99 or $6.49 each. Big difference...think I'll go back before sale ends Wednesday night and get 2 more
about 3 lbs hamburger...divided up into really small pkgs for individual spaghetti servings...used $ store snack bags since they weren't being used for anything else then one big ziploc to put the little ones in...hope it works...we were totally out of hamburger. Not much of a sale...$3.79 a lb.
bag of Tostitos since they had chips BOGO...along with a bag of reg chips. Supposed to be PARTY size and normally $4.99 a bag. Chips weren't much bigger than a normal size but the Tostitos were quite a bit bigger. Think it might be really close to my last time of buying chips if the price is now $4.99 each even if it is BOGO.

BTW- almost everytime I come home from the store my hubby shakes his head. I keep telling him I buy whats on sale, so I dont have to pay full price for it later, and if hard times hit, we are fully prepared. He sure doesnt mind raiding the stockpile but he fusses a little everytime i come home from shopping. My store savings today were 102. at Publix. I used coupons and try to buy stuff that we will use and has a far out expiration date whenever possible.

I am looking for any family that is military that can use coupons unexpired and expired on their base. Coupons for Soldiers. I have a lot to donate but need some families to give to. Anyone out there that would benefit from them? Send me a private message. Doesn't matter where you live as long as you have military address. I'll ship to you and hopefully you'll share them with other families on you base.
