Wishing all my American friends a HAPPY and Blessed Thanksgiving

Just a brief hello, sending love and prayers to all you American ladies, for a Happy and Blessed Thanksgiving full of family, food and fun!

I'm doing better. Needed some time off after Dozer died. (my faithful canine friend of many years) and life got a bit busy. Had to go to Vancouver to see fil, tried to catch up (and am almost done) on some procrastination projects.

Got a bit set back with a really bad asthma attack for the last week or so, (aftermath of a nasty cold that hit my lungs before I could do my usual tea tree oil nasal cure).

On Monday the dr put me on a new med with a higher dose of cortisone and bronchodilater combined. It's working and I'm gradually improving to where I can breathe easier now. I'm only topping up my Ventolin every 3 to 4 hours now instead of every 2 round the clock which was what it was before.

Trip to Cuba planned for early January with fil who is kindly taking us there for a 2 week vacation

I'm FINALLY writing my book!

Sara bless you for understanding my absence here, and I'm going to have my head down getting some stuff done.

I may be in and out briefly to say hi but I'm going to be back full time here after that vacation in January.

I'm still fairly new to the village, but I am a writer as well. What are you working on? I would love to know any and all advice you have on writing. I am working on a novel now through NaNoWriMo, fiction. I would love to write a non-fiction though...

Hi Margery! Good ta see ya again. Hope the asthma settles down and leaves ya alone before long. We've missed ya but understand completely. Everyone needs some time off every now and then.
