Hi,
I guess for me it'd be my knees and lower back and my eyes are getting some worse but I need new glasses so that'd fix them.
Getting older isn't all that it's cracked up to be, is it?
Love,
Jen

Definitely my hips, eyes, and back. My back has bothered me since having children (and even more since the ladder accident in December). I broke my hip when I was 17 (and therefore have an artificial hip & screws & plates in my pelvis), and I was born nearly blind in my right eye. So, in addition to all the usual "old age" moans and groans, I have those "challenges".
I think the key is to take care of ourselves...eat right, rest, and don't over-do. Listen to our bodies when they're telling us to slow down. I think that's easier than done though...especially when I still feel 20 yrs younger than I am

I was thinking about this thread the other day when my rt. shoulder was aching. LOL!
I used to do yoga several times a week and never got the ach-eys. I had stopped for about 18 mos. (just busy and couldn't find my mat) and started up again recently. Oooooh, the stretching feels so good! It isn't a cure-all, and isn't going to help make your joints like you're 25 yrs old, but boy, the flexibility returns (slowly) and everything relaxes and feels loose. Aaaahh.
Try yoga.

I'm very sure my hips will be the first to go. Already at 27 if I'm spending a lot of time working they hurt at night.

ooof... what part will or already has?
knees...If I'm gardening for any length of time, I have a heck of a time getting them straight again.
Eyes..geez, the last two years I have figured out my arms aren't long enough to compensate!
back.. next subject.
I need a nap now, I'm tired.

My back or left knee and ankle. I twisted my back at work about 5 years ago and have had intermittent problems ever since. My left knee and ankle have been making horrible snapping noises for as long as I can remember.

Easy question....My kidneys. I was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease four years ago, just six months after I turned 30. Those babies are not going to last forever. The thought of dialysis just kills me, but the thought of a transplant scares the pee (no pun intended - lol) out of me .
My feet and hands are a close second. I also have peripheral neuropathy that is classified as severe in my hands and feet. Basically, I feel absolutely nothing from my calves down and my wrists out through my fingers.

My lower back is in a race with my ankles to go out first. Currently, my lower back is winning. LOL! There are days when I can't stand to walk because my ankles hurt so bad. Then there are days when I can't stand straight up because of my lower back hurting.
Wonder if I can get a new body?
