chicken pot pie

super easy recipe using leftover chicken to make it
very inexpensive
Preparation Steps:
this recipe has little to no prep unless you are making
pie shells from scratch or dont already have the
cooked chicken on hand!

Time Needed:
5 minutes prep and 1 hour cooking time
Ingredients:
cup of leftover
chicken or turkey
2 cans or one bag
mixed
vegetables(you
could use leftovers
here as well)
1 can cream of
chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
deep dish pie shell
1 roll out pie crust(
these made from
scratch will also cut
cost)
Serves:
6 servings
Directions:
mix chicken, soup, vegetables, and sourcream
together in a large bowl.
Add to deep dish pie crust
roll out other crust for top
bake at 350 for about 1 hour
