first full day at home away from hospital. Took meds and went to town to pay child support. I thought we were finished but he got behind it is ok.We will catch it up next week and then it is done. washed 3 loads of clothes in cold hung 2 to dry and threw 1 in the dryer. Folded 3 loads of towels from yesterday and Mikes work clothes I washed last night. Got coupon book organized. Did dishes.

Not to bad for someone who had a mini stroke Sunday. Tired taking a nap later.

*not a great day seeing as how I spent about $50 that I hadn't planned. I have a hard time saying no to my kids.

*picked my 1st zucchini and some peas from my garden
*praying for rain because it is SO dry and I'm having to water the gardens every day. It is thundering so maybe it will happen!
*used up some leftovers
*simple dinner from pantry/fridge
*organizing my coupon binder
*no laundry day

been switching off lights when I notice one on, turned off the furnace heat- maybe it can stay off for the summer now?

I put some water in a bucket and let the kids 'paint' the driveway with water & paintbrushes.

Going to try to find some free stuff @ the recycling center I can use for curtain rods. I do not want to purchase new ones since I will just be hanging old sheets that I altered and hemmed on them. Even a wooden dowel I can hang on some hooks would work (i can paint it as I have leftover paint from some reno projects)... the Curtains will help keep the house cool by blocking the sun since we do not have air conditioning, not to mention my kids need a curtain so the sun doesn't wake them up at 5:30 in the morning.
