Thrifty Thursday 3/14/13
I got the kitchen cleaned, dishwasher running.
I still need to have my blood drawn and take one of the dogs for his rabies shot, then make an appointment for the groomer. The poor guy is pretty scraggly looking. It wouldn't be so bad if he'd let me comb him.
Ds wants me to help him make a pie for a party he's going to tonight.
Dinner will probably be stuffed steak. It's thin sliced steak with stuffing. Just roll it up, put a toothpick in it and back until meat is done. Usually a couple of hours. Make sure there's plenty of water in the bottom of the pan or it will dry out. I wrap this in foil, then set in pan of water. I'll fix rice and a veggie too. Trying really hard to get back into the swing of things after being sick for a couple of weeks.

Load of dark clothes in the washer, dishes are rebooted.
Sunny and cold here.
Have scrubbed the shower stall and the bathtub. And surrounding areas.....
Have some dusting and vacuuming to do. Taking a coffee break.Never ends.
I really need to take down some drapes and take them to the cleaners, but I have been putting it off.......dusting them with the long-handled duster (my 'webster') and with the sweeper attachments. It's SO expensive to dry clean anything. Maybe I'll take them over one window at a time, once a month.......stretch it out. Even that is gonna be pricy.
