Propane here, but only for heat. Everything else is electric, and since we were sick this last week, I wussed out and turned the heat on. At least with a lump sum of money we'll have coming in this next month, we'll have enought to go ahead and refill the tank in Dec instead of in Jan, which will be a relief.

We have a propane furnace, a woodstove and electric heat, guess the previous owners couldn't make up their minds, lol. We use the furnace and the woodstove is used once in a while.

Oil heat, when we were looking for a new house that was a major requirement.

we had electric heat in the apartment that we lived in years ago and we spent a fortune heating that place in the winter time

we also have a propane tank and a wood burning stove. we love the wood burning stove....it saves a lot of the propane!! we get wood from our parents on both sides or from our little woods( ). we have a little over 2 1/2 acres. (always a dead tree somewhere we could use!)
