I love to travel! My DH and I are actually planning on going to Brazil this year as our anniversary (he lived there for 2 years). I did some volunteering in Romania for 4 months and have travelled in Italy, Hungry, Austria, Canada, and many of the US states. And there are MANY MANY more places I look forward to visiting.

As far as places that I would REFUSE to visit?? I Don't really have a desire to go to Iraq or Iran at the moment...I agree that probably not anywhere that the US can't go to. But really, anywhere can be dangerous (I found that out for sure) so you should always be cautious. I try to do research before I go or when I am thinking of places to go. So far it's all been fairly safe.

The only place I would never, ever visit in a million years would be Hong Kong. I hate crowds with a passion and I get nauseous even seeing it on TV. All those houses on top of each other and so many people you can't even see the street...definitely not for me.

For places like Africa, Asia, South America and the Middle East, I'd like to go there to see their agriculture/food production practices and gardens (i.e. Japan in blossom-time), but I wouldn't go to any cities if I didn't have to.

I wouldn't give up the chance to go anywhere. This is an amazing world to explore and unless I was plopped down in the middle of a war, I can't refuse an opportunity to see more than my own backyard.

What you don't want to come visit me? lol (middle east)

Actually, we're far enough north of the big trouble. There are some breakaway regions here in Georgia that I have no desire to go to though. I think next week we're going to Armenia so that will be interesting. I don't really want to go any further south than that though.
