I hope everyone had a good Valentine's weekend (rant inside- ignore at will)

Better than mine at least.

I was supposed to go out with my best friend--- that didn't happen, as her exhusband didn't pick up their son. So--- I called home to see if MY husband wanted to meet me for a movie and dinner--- HAH! I should have know better than to waste my time. Heaven forbid he would spend time with me for Valentine's/birthday.

So---- sure hope you had a better weekend.

Sunshine I know that feeling..Mine cant remember my B-day or anything else, but dont forget his....Been married to him for 18 years. I have my kids and my 5 1/2 grandkids and they make me happy

I just wish my hubby hadn't spent and entire YEAR finding excuses to avoid me.

Oh well--- I ended up at a BAR!!!! Me!!!!! I don't drink, don't smoke-- sitting alone in a bar (Picadilly's- Lori) on Valentines Day--- yuck, talk about getting hit on by every loser in the county

But they had a live band playing and I used the opportunity to do some homework for my music appreciation class.

This is how bad it's gotten--- I got 13 INCHES of my hair cut off today and Marty didn't even notice! Deana had to tell him I got it cut. Sheesh.

My best friend and I are both nurses--- so getting any time off at the same time is difficult. Factor in visitation issues with her son, and her new 26 yo boyfriend and we don't get to see much of each other.
