Preparation Steps:
Around here corn is sold right out of the backs of Amish wagons. You really get to load up and get your freezer stocked cheaply in the Summer. I make a few changes, I use corn starch instead of flour, and I use fresh herbs. I make bags of these up ahead of time and pop in the freezer. I take them out the night before to thaw in the fridge. Fresh corn on the cob all year round.
