BIG steak dinner (steak, cheesy potatoes, cooked veggies - YUM) - friend brought it over and left ALL the leftover steaks, potatoes, and uncooked vegetables! At least another two meals for us!

I had a really good mail day yesterday! I got a splenda sample, an aveeda shampoo and conditioner sample, a Root awakening shampoo and conditioner sample, and always liner sample. A Redbook magazine I got two free issues of. And last but not least I got one of My racheal Ray magazines, that my boyfriends mother ordered for me!

Oh, thanks, that reminded me! I also got a free $2 giftcard from Subway! Apparently, they are settling some lawsuit in California, and I must have filled out the right card.

Hello all! Was just checking out the site and thought Id say what I got free this month so far!

Well just today (National Donut Day) I got a free donut at Krispy Kreme! lol

I also got 5 boxes of Klondike bars, 2 boxes of wheat thin crackers, and 2 Glade Scented Oil Warmers!

Im pretty big into couponing so I got a lot of other things for nearly free but those were just the things I got completely free!

Living frugal I guess has always been a way of life for me. I guess its how you're brought up. My husband hasnt always been so frugal lol! So its been hard getting him on the band wagon, but he's getting there!

New eye glass frames for daughter

Her frames broke. She had them less than a year so they were replaced with the same style ones for free.

So easy we just took in the broken ones and the eye doc temporary fixed the old pair while we waited for the few days for the new pair to arrive.

I think somebody at the post office is stealing my freebies! I have been signing up for freebies for a long time and I recently noticed I wasn't getting many. I started signing up my brother (different name, birthday, email address, and home address) at the same time that I signed up for myself. He called me yesterday and has several items over the last week and I have not received them here!

I am receiving coupons and the occasional freebie if it is NOT well marked. I wonder if I complain to the post office if it will do any good?

My wonderful long time mailman retired a couple of months ago. AND nothing has been the same since!

I got two huge baggies of spinach from my aunt. I can reuse the ziploc baggies too!

my MIL won us a huge assortment of baby stuff too in a sweepstakes so she gave that to us--a really nice ear thermometer, a cute diaper bag, a nightlight/sound machine.
